Unpopular opinion:

Jun 06, 2026

A lot of “health issues” start improving when a man finally leaves a toxic relationship with a female narcissist.

The headaches.
The stomach problems.
The chest tightness.
The poor sleep.
The anxiety.
The brain fog.
The constant exhaustion.
The tension in your body.

Sometimes your body is not broken.

Sometimes your body is reacting to years of being blamed, criticized, gaslit, manipulated, and forced to walk on eggshells in your own home.

Brother, peace is medicine.

A calm home is medicine.

Emotional safety is medicine.

And when you finally remove yourself from the chaos, your nervous system can start breathing again.

You were not weak.

You were surviving an environment that was slowly making you sick.

The answers were incredibly clear. Men told me things like: “I need a structured plan.” “I want tangible actions I can take between sessions.”...

What if becoming more disciplined doesn’t require changing your entire life? In the newest episode of the Narc Free Man Podcast, I sit down with retired Navy SEAL officer JJ Parma to talk about discipline, purpose, failure, and rebuilding your life. One of my biggest takeaways from JJ: Stop trying to change everything at once. Pick one thing. Make one small promise to yourself. Keep it. Repea...
