What 20+ men told me they need most right now

Sep 23, 2026

Yesterday, I asked men in this community a simple question:

If I created a small, private coaching group for men navigating toxic, narcissistic, high-conflict relationships, separation, or divorce… what would you actually need for it to be worth joining?

The answers were incredibly clear.

Men told me things like:

“I need a structured plan.”

“I want tangible actions I can take between sessions.”

“I need help communicating without getting pulled into endless arguments.”

“I want community and access to Phillip.”

“I need to know other men are going through the same thing.”

“I need help deciding whether to stay, separate, or divorce.”

“I just want peace.”

And one response hit me especially hard:

“What would I actually get that I won’t get from the books?”

That is a fair question.

And it helped me get even clearer about what this needs to become.

Because you do not need to pay me hundreds of dollars to explain what gaslighting is.

You can learn that from my videos.

You do not need a coaching program to learn the definition of blame-shifting, silent treatment, breadcrumbing, or narcissistic behavior.

I have books, podcasts, and hundreds of pieces of free content that can help you recognize those things.

But knowing what is happening and knowing what to do about it in your own life are two very different things.

That is the gap I want to help close.

I’m calling it The Inner Circle

A private 90-day coaching experience for men who are tired of spinning in circles and need help figuring out what comes next.

Maybe you’re still married and asking:

“Is this actually fixable?”

Maybe you’re considering separation but terrified of what happens to the kids, finances, house, reputation, and everything you’ve built.

Maybe you’re already going through divorce and every conversation turns into another fight.

Or maybe the marriage is already over…

but you still feel like you don’t recognize the man in the mirror.

Different circumstances.

Same underlying problem:

You need clarity.

Not another diagnosis.

Not another 60-second Reel.

Not somebody telling you what decision to make.

You need a process that helps you answer:

What is actually happening?

What part of this belongs to me?

What can I control?

What boundaries need to change?

How do I stop getting dragged into the same arguments?

What is this relationship costing me?

And what is my next move?

That is what I’m building.

Here’s what the founding program is being designed around

Based directly on what men in this community told me they need, the program will focus on four things:

CLARITY

Understanding the repeated patterns in your relationship without spending your whole life trying to diagnose another person.

You’ll learn to separate:

What happened.

What you are responsible for.

What you are not responsible for.

What you can change.

And what you cannot control.

COACHING

This will not be a giant membership where you disappear into a Facebook group and watch another library of videos.

I want this first group intentionally small.

We will meet live every week.

You’ll have opportunities to bring real situations to me.

The argument that happened Tuesday night.

The boundary you tried to set.

The text you don’t know how to answer.

The decision you have been avoiding.

We take the concept and apply it to your actual life.

ACTION

One man who filled out the form said something that completely shaped how I want to run this:

He wants to leave each session with tangible actions, try them during the week, and then come back and discuss what happened.

Exactly.

I don’t want you leaving a call thinking:

“That was interesting.”

I want you leaving thinking:

“I know what I’m doing this week.”

Then we come back.

What happened?

What worked?

What didn’t?

What did you learn?

What needs to change?

That is coaching.

COMMUNITY

A lot of men also told me:

“I need to know I’m not the only guy dealing with this.”

I understand that.

One of the hardest parts of these relationships is how isolated a man can become.

You stop telling friends what is happening.

You assume nobody will understand.

You keep everything inside.

And eventually your own thoughts become the only voice you hear.

This group will put you around other men who are trying to answer many of the same questions.

Men who are trying to become better fathers.

Better leaders.

More grounded men.

Men trying to rebuild their confidence, identity, health, purpose, and peace.

Not a room built around blaming women.

A room built around taking responsibility for your own life again.

There are three kinds of men I think this is for

Maybe you are in the CLARITY stage.

You’re still married.

Something feels deeply wrong.

You’re walking on eggshells.

You don’t know whether you’re dealing with normal marital problems, narcissistic patterns, or whether you’re part of the problem too.

You need to see clearly.

Maybe you’re in the NAVIGATION stage.

You’re separated.

Divorce has started.

Kids are involved.

Finances are changing.

Communication is hostile.

You need to stop reacting emotionally and start navigating the situation strategically.

Or maybe you’re in the REBUILD stage.

The relationship is over.

But you’re still carrying it.

You replay everything.

Your confidence is gone.

You don’t trust yourself.

You don’t want to repeat the same relationship again.

You need to rebuild.

The Next Move is being designed for all three.

This is not therapy.

I also want to be very clear about that.

One man told me he didn’t understand why an online group should cost more than therapy.

Fair point.

So I want to make the distinction clear.

I am not a therapist.

This is not mental-health treatment.

It is not marriage counseling.

It is not legal advice.

And I am not going to diagnose your wife.

This is coaching.

We are going to work on things like:

Clarity.

Communication.

Boundaries.

Decision-making.

Accountability.

Self-trust.

Rebuilding.

And the practical actions that move your life forward.

For some men, therapy may also be extremely useful.

This is simply a different tool for a different job.

Here’s the part that matters most

I am not interested in building another program where you spend 90 days studying your wife.

The goal is not to become the world's greatest expert on your ex.

The goal is to get you back.

Your confidence.

Your judgment.

Your boundaries.

Your voice.

Your health.

Your relationships.

Your fatherhood.

Your purpose.

Your peace.

Because eventually the question has to stop being:

“Why does she do this?”

And become:

“What am I going to do with my life now?”

That is The Next Move.

I’m only building the founding group right now

I haven’t opened enrollment yet.

Right now, I am putting together the first group based on exactly what men in this community have told me they need.

The planned investment is:

$891 for 90 days

or

3 monthly payments of $297.

And I want the founding group to remain small enough that I can actually know the men inside it and coach them directly.

Joining the waitlist does not mean you are committing to buy anything.

It simply means:

I’m interested. Show me the details first.

Waitlist members will be the first to receive:

Program structure.

Founding member details.

Dates and times.

What is included.

And the first opportunity to join before I open anything more broadly.

If you’ve consumed enough content to know something is wrong…

but you are still asking:

“What do I actually do next?”

I built this idea for you.

Join the Founding Waitlist for Phillip's inner Circle

No payment.

No obligation.

Just raise your hand and tell me you want to see what I’m building.

See the pattern.
Trust yourself again.
Get clear on your next move.

The Narc Free Man

P.S. One of the strongest things a man wrote on the interest form was simply:

“I just want peace.”

If that sentence feels familiar, join the waitlist. You don’t need to have your entire future figured out today. You just need to start getting clear about what happens next.

A Navy SEAL’s advice for rebuilding your life
What if becoming more disciplined doesn’t require changing your entire life? In the newest episode of the Narc Free Man Podcast, I sit down with retired Navy SEAL officer JJ Parma to talk about discipline, purpose, failure, and rebuilding your life. One of my biggest takeaways from JJ: Stop trying to change everything at once. Pick one thing. Make one small promise to yourself. Keep it. Repea...

That is why I created The Narcissistic Wife Live Workshop. On Thursday, August 20, I’m taking you through all seven parts of the book, not by reading it to you, but by coaching...
