How one painful family wound became a mission to help men finally get free...
I didn’t build Narc Free Man because I read a textbook. I built it because I watched what a narcissistic woman did to my own father — and I saw how silently men suffer when no one believes them, no one understands them, and everyone expects them to just “man up.”
Now my mission is simple: help men name what’s happening, break the trauma bond, reclaim their identity, and rebuild their life with strength, faith, and peace.
