Bring me to your stage. Or to your podcast.
If your target audience is men — and you want a conversation that actually moves them instead of entertaining them — let's talk.
Whether you've got a stage or a microphone — I'll show up ready.
Speak At Your Event
Seminars · Workshops · Breakouts
From men's events and conferences to private retreats — I deliver direct, brotherly talks that hit men where they actually live. I'm at my best in front of an audience that's tired of being lectured at and ready to hear something honest. If you're hosting men, fathers, or leaders who need to be told the truth about masculinity, narcissistic abuse, or recovery — I'll bring it.
Guest On Your Podcast
Long-form · No fluff · Honest conversation
If you're looking for a guest on your podcast in the men's, mental health, masculinity, and narcissistic abuse recovery spaces. I'll show up prepared, I bring stories your listeners haven't heard before, and I don't waste your audience's time with rehearsed talking points. If your show serves men — particularly men in or recovering from toxic relationships — your audience will leave the episode with something they can use that same day.
What I talk about — and what your audience walks away with.
Each of these can be delivered as a 20-minute keynote, a 45-minute talk, a half-day workshop, or a long-form podcast conversation. I'll tailor the angle to your audience.
The Silent Epidemic Nobody Wants To Talk About
Why narcissistic abuse against men is happening at scale, why men can't see it, why their friends won't believe them, and why the cultural script has trained them to stay silent. The "uncomfortable conversation" your audience didn't know they needed.
No More Mr. Passive
The talk based on my book. Why nice guys lose, where the wiring comes from, and the playbook for becoming a man who's kind without being weak. Resonates hard with audiences of fathers, executives, and any man who's ever been told he's "too nice for his own good."
The 4 Stages of Becoming Free Again
My signature framework — GROUND, DECODE, REBUILD, LEAD. The exact path I've watched hundreds of men walk to recover from narcissistic relationships and become themselves again. Practical, sequential, immediately useful for any man in any stage of recovery.
When Your Wife Is The Storm
For audiences ready for the hard stuff. The signs of a covertly narcissistic wife, why the marriage industry isn't built to help you, and what a man can actually do when the woman he loves is dismantling him on purpose. The most-requested topic on podcast appearances.
Becoming The Father Your Kids Need
For men who are co-parenting with a narcissist, recovering from one, or just trying to break a family pattern they grew up inside of. How to be present, steady, and unshakeable for your kids — even when their other parent is actively working against you.
Custom Topic — Your Audience, Your Angle
Don't see exactly what you need? Send me your audience profile and the outcome you want them walking out with. I'll build a talk specifically for your event. I've spoken to corporate men's groups, faith communities, men's retreats, and broad mental health audiences — each one custom-built.
Audiences I serve — and serve well.
About Phillip C. Dugas.
Phillip C. Dugas is an author, coach, and host of The Narc Free Man Podcast — one of the leading platforms for men recovering from narcissistic women.
He is the author of four books — The Narcissistic Wife, No More Mr. Passive, How To Spot A Female Narcissist, and How To Leave A Female Narcissist —which have all become handbooks for men in the underserved corner of the recovery space: the corner built for women, written by women, that almost never speaks to men.
Phillip's speaking style is direct, brotherly, and tactically useful. He doesn't perform. He doesn't lecture. He talks to a room of men the way an older brother talks to a younger one who's about to make a mistake — clear-eyed, unflinching, and on his side.
When he's not on stage or behind a microphone, he's coaching men one-on-one, recording episodes of The Narc Free Man Podcast, and running RISE — the work he says "I built because men needed it, and it didn't exist."
